@WingateHotels I recently made a reservation at Charlotte Wingate as I thought we would have an overnight layover due to the weather. However, AA canceled their flight in. Wingate would not refund my booking. I would not recommend staying at this location.

@WingateHotels you need to help out your location in Galveston. The staff here has been EXCELLENT, but the conditions are pretty bad. No elevators, the toilet in my room won’t flush but once every 30 minutes because there’s no water pressure, and NO BLANKETS bc they’re short.

@WingateHotels I just got a message that I was checked out on July 12th but my stay isn’t until tomorrow, July 17th. I was also charged the full payment on my credit card when no prepayment was necessary for booking.

The idiots at @WingateHotels by BWI booked me into an occupied room. I'm really glad the gentleman wasn't angry at me when I walked in on him. He said it happened last night too. I'm going to write an especially artful horrible review for this place. And, Wi-Fi doesn't work.

@WingateHotels I just stayed in Anchorage at a worn out Comfort Inn property that they acquired. The only obvious change is new signs on the building as the interior is extremely dated. Is Wingate's business model to be the new Super 8?

@WingateHotels spoke with someone at the front desk she stated that they have charging stations behind the desk that work but guest aren’t allowed to use them how is that even possible I am very upset! There’s no way the power has been out 7 hrs & nobody knows when it’ll be back

@WingateHotels currently in a hot Houston hotel with no power since 12 it’s been almost 7 hours no power no ac no nothing & nobody at the front desk seems to know when we should be getting back power is there no backup generators this is outrageous!
