The stakeholders includes shareholders and creditors, both. It is vital that the company find a way of reducing its debt, now that the bankruptcy litigation has been settled. The remaining creditors still have legal and moral rights too, including having a voice in the proposed restructuring. In the absence of a significant, immediate capital infusion, or restructuring, the continued support of the remaining non-litigious creditors cannot be taken for granted.

The most important message conveyed through WNBD's new updates is that the human resource input driving future improvements is now coming from "beyond Eric". In other words, I am not a bottleneck. I am a facilitator of combined vested interests so that better insights, experiences and contacts benefit WNBD shareholders. My goal is to diminish the centrality of my role so that our operations persist, regardless of what happens to me. The key to this being achieved is cashflow. If commercial operations continue to expand, now including GestureTek and others with a vested interest in WNBD's success, then any problem can be solved. The great thing about looking toward 2026 is that WNBD no longer has any problem that is without solutions. Nothing is "existential" any more. TrackMoist is not new to Winning Brands - just reviving. During our litigation phase 2019-2025, culminating in a 3rd party filing an involuntary bankruptcy application, it made no sense for strategic allies, suppliers, associates etc to participate in new initiatives until our situation was resolved, one way or the other. The company contracted, and its demise was considered "a sure thing" by most people. However, resolution to the litigation and bankruptcy application was finalized in September 2025 as a shocking surprise to many, with a settlement, cessation and retirement of the action by the 3rd party. Since then, we have been planning our recovery. The largest probable sales dollar volume long term will come from the GestureTek via its alliance with American Networking on the tech side, eventually. Our legacy operations are being preserved for good measure on the chemical side. It's a bit like putting things together after a hurricane, but it is coming together.

The sleeping giant of course is GestureTek. In the years prior to Winning Brands' acquisition, aggregate (cummulative) sales of GestureTek were over $100 Million. Ironically, the opportunities are now better for GestureTek than in those early years, because the market is more receptive to digital interactivity, and immersive experiences. The breakthrough development for Winning Brands / GestureTek would be successful conclusion of our current negotiation with a proven sales leader in the USA, whose entire career track record, and fabulous corporate relationships, would give us that lift into positive cashflow, fast, and substantially.
