So, I am reaching out to give AO another try as you suggested after my fridge debacle last year. I’m currently checking out the Bosch 9kg/9kg package. Any suggestions or tips?

Thanks for all your suggestions. I pulled the pin on The Good Guys and went to Appliances Online. So far they seem dazzlingly efficient…if the washing machine actually arrives,that is.

@WinningJohn Hey @WinningJohn I DM’d you over a week ago and have heard nothing from you, I guess you just send these messages so it looks like you are doing something. Your idea of customer service is as bad as Appliances online, and that is non existent.

@WinningJohn Beware using Appliances Online if your white goods stop working, I was fobbed off for 3 weeks until I lodged a ACL complaint, now being told it will take 5 weeks to have a service person attend.

@WinningJohn Hi John, Paid for Wolf Upright Feb, with dlvry around 25/3. 2/4 told it was ready for dlvry, 20/6 told items ready to be dlvrd, 8/8 told all items waiting to be dlvd. Rcvd call yesterday no Upright, and none until Mar 2023. Now can't get response from your team.

@MikeCarlton01 My last AO experience was not as great! Moved house desperate for a fridge. Researched, measured, checked in store, ordered via AO - good price, fast. Delivery driver refused to get it off truck as he determined it would not fit the space and that my front door was too small!

@MikeCarlton01 I've used them many times over the last 7y including Winnings. The best service💫was when an oven was delivered to mum's. He asked if there was anything he could do before he left so she joked... You could re-hang my roller blind (had come down a few days before) And he did!👍😊

@MikeCarlton01 They are fabulous. I live in the Adelaide Hills and am in an area where "we don't deliver to your area" is a common response to online purchases. I ordered my washing machine at 4 p.m. one afternoon and it was in my laundry at 1 p.m. the next day, fully installed.
