Heartbreaking, honestly. Early believers are struggling with KYC while access opens to the public. OGs should be prioritized. @zama @randhindi @jeremy_cbradley

I poured my heart and soul into Zama as a developer—months of grinding, building, and believing—to earn my OG NFT. On January 9, my KYC got rejected. No resubmit option is available. I emailed support@zama.org on January 9. Days of silence. Meanwhile, I've seen influencers get their issues fixed in HOURS? It breaks my heart. We early believers bled for this project, and now we’re left behind while others skip the line? This isn’t fair. This hurts. Many of us are suffering with SumSub nightmares—add another provider or Zk proofs. I need support from fellow NFT OG holders whose KYC verification failed. There is also registration for a public sale, and I am sure everybody is facing issues. With thousands of requests from the public, it would be really unfair for the OG NFT holders. At least they should be given priority, but there is only one way to email the support team, which fits everyone, not just NFT holders. We deserve better. Please hear us.
