@WioBank How's it going guys? I had applied for a Corporate Account using the code yesterday (21/05/2026). The code did work this time. Hopefully my corporate account at Wio opens soon.

@WioBank - Why is this page live when the offer expired on 15th May, 2026?! I was extremely disappointed to find out that this offer no longer applies! 🙄 As a matter of fact, why's this an offer? It should've been offered on a permanent basis to freelancers. #disappointed

@WioBank your WhatsApp service is shameful. To the extent I'm thinking of moving back to Emirates NBd. To hell with the salary account benefits WhatsApp conversation at 10:19 pm that ended at 11:42 pm with the CS agent (Monika) saying her shift is over with the issue unresolved!

@WioBank please expedite my bank transfer. You cant debit clients money & sit on it for 1 week without completing the transaction. No Support. Endless chats with new agents on WA everyday. Complete the transaction or refund my money.

@WioBank Wio banking has a massive outage. No new payees can be set up. This is disastrous. I spent 3 hours with Wio support last night and they were frankly, completely useless. WHEN will service be returned? WHAT back up measure will Wio put in place so I can access MY money?

@WioBank I initiated a swift reversal made from you to @DBSBankIndia . @WioBank says they went straight to @DBSBankIndia @DBSBankIndia says they never received a reversal request from @KotakBankLtd, which is Wio's Partner Bank in India. The reversal has been rejected, which should be impossible in the age of SWIFT. It's also at least slightly ridiculous that this needs to be deconstructed in a tweet. - @WioBank can you pls keep pushing till a reversal happens properly @DBSBankIndia can you confirm you received the MT199 for this transfer? - @KotakBankLtd are you blocking the process anywhere? It's for SWIFT transfer ID SW16298925458041.
