@WioBank I’m travelling and unable to Login to my Wio account. Error “app is not available where you are”. Need access to my account. Shocked you’re the only bank that locks us out when abroad. You do realize most of us travel often, right? How does that even make sense???

@WioBank hi, I am a customer of Wio bank. I had made an outward remittance on 05 March but it has still not reached the bene! All my efforts to understand the situation is wasted. It’s large ticket funds going into my own account with a foreign bank outside uae. Pls help resolve.

@WioBank having too many problems on the updation from wio. The bank has changed the requirements thrice and we have been taken for a ride.

I almost froze to death because the bank, supposedly “for my safety,” blocked payments to the taxi service I had been using for years with their card. Thank you @WioBank You safety is dangerous! If you’re going to block a service a customer has been using for years, warn me in advance - that is what caring about your customer looks like. But after all Im getting. I can confirm that the transaction was declined due to recent updates to Wio Bank’s internal policies. These changes have been implemented to enhance security and better protect your account from potential fraud. As a result, card payments to certain merchants, including the one you attempted, are no longer supported. We understand this may be inconvenient, and we truly appreciate your understanding as these measures are in place purely for your safety. That said, you can still make secure local and international transfers through the Wio app without any issues.

@WioBank My account is restricted for debit and I want to close it. WhatsApp support asked me to email IBAN for balance transfer and video verify. I did that. Now another agent says email is not possible and asks again for the same IBAN letter. No resolution yet. Please help
