This is the kind of bullshit the GOP is doing in Virginia. Mailing fliers saying Obama wants you to vote no on gerrymandering, hoping unsuspecting Dems will vote against a redistricting amendment designed to counter similar GOP moves in other states. It's basically mail fraud.
