We’ve been speeding up timelines. His order is actually the oldest due to redoing hardware to fix a minor flaw I wasn’t happy with. Other than his we’ve been getting out mid May customs already. You can track your order in real time now with our new backend system which tracks the cable from hardware surface processing / Cerakote to where it is in the queue, and when it’s being built. Nevertheless, yeah, wait times can be really tough on the custom stuff. We kind of have a saying on Discord “I can’t promise we will be fast, actually we’re pretty slow, but we promise it will be the best” haha. I’m a perfectionist. I’m still the only one (the owner speaking) I trust to make the handmade cables and I tried doing the fast thing. It just doesn’t work for me!
