I sent it as Special delivery and it has been 3 days now and no updates.

@RoyalMailHelp My Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm package due at HMRC by 1pm on 22/7 is sitting at 'North West Midlands MC' and has been since 03:21 on 22/7.
Today is 24/7 yet your Customer 'Service' people can tell me precisely nothing about when or if it will be delivered. 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️

@RoyalMailHelp I posted 2 documents to HMRC last Wednesday paying for Special Delivery, next day delivery by 1pm. The tracking shows they seem to be undelivered and last record is at North West Midlands MC on 19th! What do I do now?

I sent my parcel on 28th July and it still hasn't reached its destination. Please help as this parcel contains documents which are very important for my work.

@RoyalMailHelp I selected the "Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed 1pm™" delivery method but it still hasn't reached.
