@WiseDriving I can’t access my online account. I’ve entered correct details but the website keeps showing the error message “this is not a valid email address” despite the fact I registered with a username and have been able to log in fine for the past 2 years.

@WiseDriving despite numerous calls (in a queue for over an hour) and emails to you, and settling our insurance balance you still continue to harass and intimidate us with letters demanding payment, threatening to get a debt recovery firm involved. Complete disgrace. 1of2

@WiseDriving I have had the most disgraceful customer service I’ve ever received by your customer service team. I was crashed into by a lorry almost 5 months ago and nothing has been done by your useless staff. Terrible company, no one ever be insured through @WiseDriving !!!! 🙅🏼‍♀️

Since I've been with them my premium just goes up and up and for someone with 7 years no claims this is a joke @WiseDriving. I changed my car and they have basically said if u want to cancel pay £330
