For me this is bigger than opportunity, this is about my roots, my family, and most importantly the possibilities it creates for the kids in the same city that impacted my bloodline. I may not speak the language as fluent as I would like just yet. But if you know me, you know I’ve always moved out of love and what the heart feels is right. So for me this only made sense. I grew up on baseball, I got to feel what it’s like to play on good fields, and these kids should too. Very fortunate to be able to play my role in a much bigger picture. The ABL is a non-profit 501c3 out of Levittown, Puerto Rico whose main focus is to Restore, Enable, and Maintain the city’s baseball facilities for multipurpose activities. The ABL is currently self-funded, with little to no help from the local government.
