@CRToney2 Been five minutes or so since I was in a parade too. This was Cloud (Packhorse = Jelena), not Star. Cloud was kinda toopid but a tough mountain horse that was easy to love. Star was a Thoroughbred out of the RCMP lineage. Smart, but easy to hate (Butterlies, snakes & such).......

I wouldn’t risk hurting my horse on pavement personally.

@Clinteroo1969 @zerohedge Saskatchewan wasted soooo much potential. I was there in the 60's & 70's. Big Oil was driving around with truck loads of money looking to invest. Sask was NDP/Liberal, Alta was Conservative. Sask said pound sand, big business is bad. Alta said how about some tax breaks.........

Generally my darlin wife skids me in to Emergency with the ranch truck when I fall down the steps or whatever. But, time to fix that, although we really don't want to leave the ranch........
