Just hsd a tribunal for my appeal against a CAZ charge from Bristol City Council. The lawyer was brutal but agreed the wording is wrong and I won.

@andrewtlynch My husband forgot and drove through the clean zone, a penalty notice arrived and I was about to pay it but have now sent an appeal. Now we wait.
