It’s worked for me mate, I started tracking them in January , like Jef said cut out the crap and be in a deficit I went down to around 2k calories but high protein daily average and obviously working out and doing cardio I’ve now upped my calories again to maintain weight Now I’m not shredded, but you can see the guts gone DMs are always open if you need any help

Yes its for almosr everyone the hardest part My advice, take small steps. Cut down on sugar first, then drink more water and no drinks with calories, eat lots of lean protein sources, no sugar, good carbs and lots of veggies, keep facts moderate to low. Keep a minimum of 2.5-3 hours between meals. If you do these two start with you will loose weight , oh and maybe add some extra cardio to burn more calories

Its all about diet, abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym If you dont loose weight you eat too more calories then you burn To loose weight you need to eat less calories then you burn, for example you need 2600 calories a day.. then aim to eat around 200-500 less to be in a caloric deficit, maintain this together with going to the gym and maybe some cardio and you will loose weight
