I quit vaping (a little over) a year ago!!!! Don’t get me wrong I’ve taken a hit of friends vapes since then but I kicked my 3 year addiction which is so swag. For anyone who may ask: yes I went cold turkey, no I really don’t have any tips other than just stop vaping. Just put it down. 🤷🏼‍♀️ I know it’s hard but you’re capable.
