Shanks is definitely gonna pull up in the next few chapters, Luffy is running out of stamina and Loki isn’t strong enough for Imu.
Plus Elbaph is Shanks’s territory and is full of his friends, we all know what happens when you attack Shanks’s friends. It wouldn’t make sense for Shanks to just be idle whilst his beloved friends get pummeled.
