They can increase salary of teachers for next 10 years without increasing fees. How come schools open multiple branches if they are not making huge profits?

@WithYashika @mshahi0024 @adityasaxena200 Yes, many private schools do take people for a ride. But a reasonable increase every year for inflation has to be allowed. We get increments as employees, why should school teachers not get any? And operating costs do go up every year due to inflation!

For 10 yrs under Arvind Kejriwal, parents did not have to step out, no private school dared to increase fees. They thought this was the new normal,so they voted BJP. As soon as BJP CM took oath parents are back to the Sheila Dikshit era. 0 sympathy.

Our school even had mandatory donation. Govt says schools are not allowed to earn profits and must reinvest everything back into school

Why do you think teachers should not get any increment? Where is the increment to come from, if not through fees?

Almost all states are running Ladli Behan, Chulbuli Nanand, Chidchidi Fufi Yojnas, whose combined budgets surpass the Union budgets for health, education, and other critical sectors. And these are just one type of freebies. Add to this the ₹60,000 crore Kisaan Sammaan Yojna, the ₹11,80,000 crore (over five years) free ration scheme, free water/electricity in various states, berozgari bhattas, and many more. Freebies will eventually take this country down. While there’s no hope from political parties, why doesn’t the SC takes it suo motu, form a constitutional bench or something, and take steps to nullify or regulate such freebies? Surely, they understand the dangerous path we are treading, right?

If this is true, it’s explosive. A Delhi cop openly says: “We arrest criminals, but MPs/MLAs force us to release them.” Then who is really running law & order… police or politicians?
