You are visibly very obese. Like shockingly so especially considering your age and how little attention this post has. You likely have severe issues with food that, health aside for a moment, restriction and purging will likely not heal, but may make worse. If you can, and I mean even if it’s extremely difficult or requires funds that are hard to part with, you should try to see a professional when it comes to BED/obesity and mental health or even weight loss medication.
