I propose that any African leader take mandatory African history from African intellectuals. They must also study the various philosophies of African writers.

If America knew their military ships were going to be attacked, then they did it for one of 2 reasons 1) to find out where and how Iran would strike. This would give them info on what to hit in an imminent campaign 2) to use the deaths and the loss of these ships as a reason to launch a morally deficient attack
