Witney Royals are looking for preseason fixtures to be played away from home. Please see our availability down below and message @GeorgeLamby to arrange a fixture. Preseason training is every Thursday down at Burwell Meadow from 6:30pm.

Saturday we travel to Witney Royals in the 1st round of the of the Fred Ford Cup with the lads hoping to make it 3 wins on the bounce. KO - 1:30pm Location - Burwell Up the Lovell 🧡🖤

Well after a long time off the Royals returned to action this afternoon in the scorching heat against Hailey Reserves. The Blues came away 5-4 winners in a well fought match from both teams.

The honours were shared down at the meadow yesterday between the Royals and Bampton with the game finishing 1-1 after the blues had a goal disallowed right at the death. The reserves unfortunately lost 4-3 away to Stonesfield Res after an impressive Macca hat trick for the blues.

After last weekends 2-1 home victory against Middle Barton the first team host Bampton looking for another big win. Whereas the reserves travel to face Stonesfield Reserves where they’ll be looking for a much needed three points.

Mixed results for the Royals yesterday with the first team winning away to Bourton Rovers 3-1 in Division 1. Whilst the reserves slumped to a 7-0 defeat to Bletchington at the meadow.

FT: Witney Royals 2-3 Enstone The Royals fall to a defeat at the Meadow this afternoon after a hard fought match. The blues will come away feeling that they should’ve at least got a point.

FT: Hook Norton 0-1 Witney Royals The blues come out on top in the Fred Ford Cup this afternoon in terrible conditions. Up the Royals onto the next round!

FT: Witney Royals 7-2 Kingham A dominant performance from the blues today in terrible conditions. That continues our winning streak to 4 games now.

After last weeks victory in the league the Royals follow it up with a 4-0 victory against Sinclair United in the Junior Shield.

Both Royals sides will be looking to pick up their first wins of the season this afternoon. In Div 1 the first team take on Chadlington down the meadow. Whereas, the Reserves travel to take on FC Mills in Div 3.

Contrasting results for the club today the first team drew 1-1 with Hailey Reserves in a hard fought match whereas the Reserves lost 5-1 to Bourton Rovers Reserves. Onto the next one!🔵⚪️
