@BBCGlos As someone that apparently falls into something under that rainbow banner, I’d also agree that’s a waste of money. Not sure of the purpose. Actions towards inclusivity would go much further than a waste of money for a PR stunt.

This rainbow crossing in Gloucester is part of a trial by Gloucestershire County Council. Kath Haworth, Head of Highways said “we feel it’s a small but inclusive contribution to celebrating our diverse communities.”

Hey @SF_England I was previously a Higher apprentice (2yr FdSc) and looking at doing 3 year BSc unrelated to original apprenticeship. How do I work out what finance I can qualify for?

@SF_England Cool thanks, So I've never taken out student finance myself, I guess the question is, does an apprenticeship involve gov funding at any point that would mean I did but not that I was ever involved in directly? If you get my drift.

@WitteringAl Hi Al. If you've had two years of funding already, you'll be eligible to receive funding for your 2nd & 3rd year, and will be expected to self fund your first year. Thanks, Jen
