Turkey's steel carbon intensity: 1.10 tCO₂/t. India's: 2.18 tCO₂/t. Turkey has ETS-aligned MRV infrastructure. That structural cost advantage compounds as CBAM scales every year.

India's EU steel exports fell 35.1% last year. Before CBAM charged a single euro. No certificates. No payments. Just a request to document carbon data. The market rerouted orders before any obligation applied. Thread for every Indian exporter. 🧵

22% of Indian companies miss mandatory BRSR emissions disclosures. Not negligence — wrong data architecture. Free 23-page diagnostic maps your BRSR, CBAM, CSRD & banking ESG exposure and gives you a sequenced implementation plan. wiweck.com/multi-framewor…

One prompt. One file. One email draft. 91% of my Claude Pro session, gone. Reset in almost 5 hours. At $20/month, I expected a tool. I got a waiting room. @claudeai

If Opus 4.6 burns through your session in one prompt, the plan is not designed for professionals. It is designed to upsell you to the $100 or $200 Max tier. @AnthropicAI

The reset takes almost 5 hours. For a paid subscription, that is not a feature gap, it is a product failure.

22% of BRSR filers skip mandatory Scope 1 & 2. Only 18% report Scope 3. Now CBAM, CSRD, and banking ESG want the same data at different granularities. Part 4 of The Carbon Disclosure Tsunami: why sequence matters more than software. wiweck.substack.com/p/the-carbon-d… #BRSR #CBAM

Part 3 of The Carbon Disclosure Tsunami is live. Full analysis of the three data architecture gaps + introduction of the Unified Environmental Data Architecture (UEDA) framework. For some it's a compliance burden. For others, a competitive advantage. Read it here: wiweck.substack.com/p/the-carbon-d…

Indian companies have emissions data. What they don't have is the right kind of data. SEBI asks what you emitted. The EU asks what you'll do about it. Your bank asks what it means for credit risk. Your buyer asks what impact you're having. Same company. Four incompatible questions. 🧵 THE MEASUREMENT GAP 94% of India's top 300 listed companies report Scope 1 & 2. Almost none can trace those emissions to specific products. And zero can produce the climate scenario analysis that IFRS S2, ESRS E1, and RBI's framework demand. Backward-looking data can't answer forward-looking questions. THE MATERIALITY GAP BRSR: prescribed list (collect everything on it) IFRS S2: financial materiality (enterprise value only) CSRD: double materiality (company + world) RBI: prudential materiality (financial stability) Four definitions of "what counts." One data system can't serve all four without collecting at the highest granularity any of them demands. THE VERIFICATION GAP ISF assessment ≠ ISAE 3000 assurance ≠ CBAM ISO 14065 verification ≠ CSRD limited assurance. Verified for BRSR Core? Your data still doesn't travel internationally. Two parallel verification tracks, neither recognising the other. All three gaps converge in FY 2026-27. BRSR Core hits 1,000 companies. CBAM certificates are live. EU buyers send CSRD data requests. Banks score financed emissions. Each gap amplifies the others. You can't fix measurement without fixing materiality without fixing verification.
