Here’s the concise timeline: • Pre-November 2025: Multiple videos I posted went viral; Clarksville PD issued a public statement (Nov 13, 2025) saying they’re “aware of the individual” and “seeking legal advice on action” due to complaints—no charges ever filed. • November 17, 2025: In a coffee shop parking lot shared with the DA’s office, a man recognized me, filmed me, and escalated with threats (including sexual assault against my companion). I recorded back; video went viral. Minutes later, police pulled me over—said DA office called claiming “assault witnessed.” They reviewed my footage, saw no crime, and released me. • November 18/19, 2025: Charged with harassment via call forwarding (TCA 39-17-308; case 63GS1-2025-CR-13292). The “harassment” was me forwarding incoming calls—doxxing and threats from third parties (encouraged by one antagonist)—back to him. I never contacted him, never responded (he even texted “Why aren’t you responding?”).
