@DolandDog @Wizardofftg92 Brad Scott can’t be blamed for decades of poor list management and decisions made by Essendon people not working in best interests, he inherited a mess and is doing his best to develop the list

However we have no system or game plan to develop these young players which is on Scott who's been there for 4 years and we have gone backwards and I have no idea what we are trying to achieve

Kelly, McVeigh, Hird, Gia.. should all apply and be judged on their merits.
We need the best person, whoever that may be.
