@wizzair It’a impossible to reach you. It’a embarassing. Amelia, Virtual chat bot is helpless and phone calls, most of the number I found are not working and those working charge a lot and nobody answers at the end. Please, let me know how to get in touch with someone from WizzAir!

@wizzair Since the online check-in system gave an error, we were forced to check in at the airport. They demanded a total of 96 Euros for my wife and me. When I stated that I would not pay this fee, they threatened to deny us boarding and subsequently called the police.

If there’s a better way to celebrate the start of spring than booking some flights we haven’t heard of it ✈️

@wizzair I travelled on the Luton to Valencia flight this morning and unfortunately a passenger was taken ill so we had to divert to France. A big shout out to the staff who dealt with the situation admirably and we only arrived 2 hours later than planned. My best wishes to the guy

@wizzair Hi, my cancelled flight (OK23VS) was refunded as WIZZ credits. I haven't used any of them, but the conversion page says I'm not eligible as credits were already used. This is wrong. Per EU261, I'm owed a cash refund. Please resolve this. Thanks.
