In a few days’ time, I’ll drag a popular artist not because he offended me, but because I want him to see what’s really going on. The artist paid his handler the full payment for a gig where I’m the project manager, along with four other influencers I brought on board but the handler only paid me half. When I asked why, he said he would balance me by Monday. I didn’t mind at the time because I thought it was just a normal bank issue. On Monday, he pushed it to the weekend. When I asked for an update today, he started telling stories about using the money for something else and began begging me not to tell the artist. The only thing I can think of that can swallow that kind of huge money so quickly on a Saturday is gambling.
