@nipsofposeidon I feel this so much. I took a 5 month full break from web 3 then much reduced time since then. Lost 70 pounds, spent a lot more time with my family and outside overall I feel so much better. Crazy how it can wear on you without you even knowing.

I can honestly say that crypto has sucked the life out of me the past 5 years. A house full of money is irrelevant if you miss time with the people you’re supposed to spend it with. Your loved ones would rather share a table with your company and crumbs than a table with a feast and you missing The resentment and sadness in them from not being present and time missed, you can’t truly put a value on that opportunity cost. That’s hard to rebuild with time you can’t get back You are NOT supposed to be plugged in 24/7 You are NOT supposed to be on your phone at all times You are NOT supposed to be tapped into everything Whoever tells you otherwise is delusional and is using this to avoid their reality. Misery loves company. Don’t be like them Can you make money 20x quicker here than anywhere else? Yes Can you change your life here? Yes Be cognizant of how much of your soul you’re sacrificing to do so. Identify what’s truly valuable to you. Identify your real goals. Is it money or is it your people? That’s where you should put your chips. That’s where you should put your time. Allocate efficiently. Identify clearly. The grass is green where you water it.
