I don't get why we live in a world where we make mental illnesses a trend. Like talking about having a mental breakdown leading to chopped/changed hair. WTF do you even mean. Or wanting to take a "dirt nap" or or or posting videos of yourself crying. Can we stop.

I've now been off it for about 3 months and at times I wish I was back on it..I just swear my brain does not know how to stop running and overthinking

I just wish my brain would just be nicer to me.

I think it’s so cute how every person has a favorite animal. We choose a creature we think is great and just admire them and learn about them? that’s so cute? Someone will love bunnies, and the person next to them knows everything about rhinoceros’s! It’s great!
