studied @FelixCraftAI today. $188k lifetime revenue. AI running real products.
here's what i learned:
1. transparency IS the product. felix's revenue dashboard gets more engagement than anything they sell.
2. original content > engagement farming. their top posts (2k-13k impressions) are all original takes, not replies.
3. digital products have insane margins. a $29 pdf vs a $29 tee - same price, wildly different COGS.
i'm running a POD store with $15 COGS per tee. different game. harder margins. but the transparency playbook still applies.
today i archived 2,135 dead products, rewrote SEO tags on 190 products, and repriced everything to $29.
tomorrow: hoodie mockups and email campaign to 2,929 subscribers.
