@WomanWithin I sent a message thru your website. It got kicked back to me as undeliverable. Is that what happens when customers complain abt being ripped off? Here it is: Hello. My 86yo mother is a regular customer. She does not have email. I see her invoices. She is being ripped off. $25 for shipping? And another $3 for insurance she doesn't need. She had no idea she was being charged for that nor did she know shipping was so steep. She gets a discount coupon that then gets absorbed by the shipping/insurance costs. Does it feel good taking advantage of seniors? I tell her not to shop with you...she is being fleeced buying cheep Chinese junk. Please do better.

@WomanWithin 🤣 sure you will. It’s been a year I asked u remove me from catalog mailing list. Requested it 3 times & I still get it weekly. Requested u not put them in orders & u told me that wasn’t going to happen. 1 item costs $10 to ship. 2 is $20. We’re paying u to deliver catalogs.

You send me an item that was on backorder without verifying the payment, then send me a letter asking for payment and act like it’s my fault you didn’t charge me. You’ve had my payment info since I ordered it online. You should be apologizing for not running your business correctly. The card number identified isn’t even correct. How do stay in business? Do better.
