💯- Arguments in favour of #NHS privatisation are similar to someone smashing a clock & then complaining it doesn't work.
The NHS has been broken down over decades, starved of funding & staff. The answer is not to privatise but to properly invest in this vital resource.

@jane_mclenachan Ok, I agree with you that we need accurate, helpful, reality-based sex ed. I mentioned I have a child in primary school; could you please specify the harmful indoctrination he is going to receive? I can confirm with the school next week.

@WomenForIndy No they're not misleading when we know that primary school children are being exposed to exactly this kind of information. Accurate, helpful, reality-based sex education, which children need, is being distorted by inaccurate, harmful & ideologically-based indoctrination.

Many girls will start menstruating & notice physical changes during primary school. Is Jenkyns arguing that they should be kept in ignorance of their own bodies? Or that what's happening to them shouldn't be discussed with other children?

I do not want primary school children full stop to have sex education. Nor do I want children to be taught about changing gender. We need to protect their innocence and childhood.
