Hey guys!! I hope everyone is doing great. The last few days I spent some time with friends and enjoyed life. I really needed a break from all the madness. I always feel extremely responsible as lead hence why I bullposted and raided so much. I have spent more than 500 hours on $Kilroy already. My philosophy is that I can’t expect community members to bullpost/raid if I don’t lead by example hence why I always give it my all. However I also realized that my strategy isn’t sustainable longterm and that I gotta slow down sometimes and have faith in the community. Me getting burned out really won’t help anyone. Not proud to admit but I literally neglected my health and irl relationships for Kilroy. I gotta treat it like a marathon instead of a sprint. I’m happy to see that even in my absence so many of you guys have been bullposting and working hard though. It really shows that we have a community that can function in this market without me having to push/beg you to work. This is very rare and almost all low volume coins have 0 bagworkers left. I’m super proud of the culture we have built where we value our bagworkers and community members. We have people showing up every day to spend their valuable time spreading the word about Kilroy and I definitely don’t take it for granted and truly appreciate your support. I’m not a big kol that can move charts, I don’t have supply control, and I definitely don’t have the money to crime coins to millions. I’m just a normal person like you trying to make it in this space by working hard even in these unbearable conditions with barely anyone Kols supporting us. I honestly don’t know how the story of Kilroy will end. The fact that we’re holding so well after the solana crash makes me believe we can run it back up. We just gotta find believers who wanna be part of our amazing culture hence why I keep focusing on building a healthy and welcoming community. Hype and volume fades, but true communities last. I won’t promise we will see a new ath or psyop you into holding. I have always told everyone that they're free to sell if they're not comfortable holding or if they don't have conviction. The only thing I promise is that I’m trying my best and will always be transparent and honest with you guys. I really believe we can run it back up but if we’re not able to run it back up then at least I can walk away knowing I did everything in my power to make it succeed. My focus right now is on growing our community and onboarding the best community builders in this space. I’m literally hunting for the best bagworkers and trying to get them into Kilroy haha. I want the Kilroy community to be known as the best bagwork community in the space (Big goal, I'm aware haha)! I feel like our focus should change. Instead of raiding the "normal" kols, we should focus on authentic people who value organic and hard working communities. They're definitely here. we just gotta find them. I made a plan for this though. We have been here for 100 days, survived every crash and are still grinding. Kilroy is literally the FIRST global meme in the world. It survived 80 years and is still relevant today. There is no other narrative with such a deep and historical lore as Kilroy. It’s just a matter of time before the right eyes pick up this narrative imo and if we don't run this some other cabal eventually will. Its literally a 1 in a million narrative. Sorry for the long essay. This journey hasn't been easy and I just wanted to share my thoughts and be real with yall haha.
