Wooster Girls Lax 19- Green 3

GLAX: Wooster evened it's record to 1-1 with a 10-8 win over Avon Lake. Leading the way were Leah Sanchez, Amber Street, Zoe Chamberlin, Gisell Fead and Hallie Wilks with two goals apiece and in the net, goalkeeper Emily Serafinchon finished with 11 saves for the Generals #TDR

Indoor starts tomorrow, 9-11 AM at the gault recreation center! Bring your forms, money, and come in wearing a mask!!!!

Indoor lacrosse will be held in the gualt on Sundays from 9-11 am. The cost is 60 dollars.

We are currently still finalizing our indoor details, but we are hoping that they will consist of Sunday mornings starting next weekend and it most likely $60. Get excited!!

SENIOR SPOTLIGHT! Day 3... Senior Girls Lacrosse Attacker- ANNA NACCI! 4-year Varsity letter winner. 5 goals & 5 assists as a junior. Has contributed to 2 Sweet 16 performances in the past 4 years and is looking at making it a 3-peat this season!

SENIOR SPOTLIGHT! Day 5... Senior Lacrosse Defender -CARRIE ROWE! 4x Varsity letterwinner. Missed most of 2019 with a hand injury. Contributed to 2 of team's Sweet 16 nods. Known for her quiet demeanor but stealthy checks and stick skills!

SENIOR SPOTLIGHT! Day 4...Senior Girls Lacrosse Goalkeeper- JULI PYCRAFT! 4x Varsity letterwinner. Made varsity debut as frosh, having never played Goalie before. Contributed to 2 of team's Sweet 16 nods. 55% saves vs. Wadsworth (scrimmage) this season.

SENIOR SPOTLIGHT! Day 2- Senior Girls Lacrosse Midfielder- GABBY MONASTRA! 78 ground balls, 15 caused turnovers, 15 goals, & 5 assists in her junior season. She's a workhorse!!

So proud of Lexy and all of our players! She was a point posting machine w/ 24 goals 19 assists and a shot % of 73% last season! This beast is taking her talents to BW next season, but not before she wears blue and gold a few more times (or as many times as OHSAA allows) 💙💛🥍
