After yet another superb weekend for the club, there were a bunch of brilliant individual performances, but player of the week for week 4 goes to Leo M, for a personal top score of 98 in the 3rd XI vs @NowtonCricket.

Despite falling just short of a maiden century, Leo showed incredible patience & maturity to push the 3rd XI up to a competitive 230/6 off their 45 overs. A match which they ended up winning by 54 runs & claiming 18pts from to keep them top of Division 7 after 4 games.

Some more superb showings across the Bank Holiday Weekend, but one stood out in particular. Congratulations to John Turner who is our player of the week for his mammoth 150 against @ElmsteadCC II.

Batting at 3, John anchored the innings superbly & was a mainstay for a large part of the 45 overs before he was eventually dismissed. His innings set up what proved to be a brilliant total & ensured all 20pts for the 3s who remain unbeaten after their first 3 fixtures.
