@KritnStore Mam your customer was not ready to pay cash and was asking for online payment which was not possible. He was asked to make a cash payment but he left and later the order was returned to the seller. Please be informed that no extra amount was asked to pay.

@KritnStore Apologies but as per the update the customer misbehaved with the logistic partner. In case the customer wants the product request you to ask him to visit the logistic partner office and collect the parcel post paying the amount in cash.
