a lot of people don't know about the tech behind Spark yet, and I couldn't do a good job of this either between TGE & and all the stuff Here is what Spark is in a nutshell: 1. It's a self-improving personal agent 2. Most similar thing to it is Hermes agent but Hermes focuses on creating skills from your work, while Spark is a recursive agent that can create benchmarks, self-improvement loops, and train even while you sleep. 3. It has memory, canvas, kanban, skill-pairing nodes, progress reports directly relayed to telegram agent while building and a lot more useful stuff. 4. I've been building it with insane amounts of inference, since 4 months, often 10+ terminals open to get it right 5. While building it, my GitHub probably became the most committed GitHub in the whole blockchain community, that much work put into it. 6. It is live, and you can already start using it. FYI, I need a lot of user data and PRs, because this is an agent harness and till now I've been building it solo. You can access it at agent.sparkswarm.ai 7. For that there is compete.sparkswarm.ai that you can join to send PRs, 1.5% of supply is dedicated to this first event, called Hunting Bugs & Goblins. 8. Personal agents are the second biggest thing after frontier AI labs, and Spark is about building an ecosystem around it too via grants, hackathons and incubations, so that we can bring a new breed of an agentic ecosystem at the core of a self-improving personal agent. 9. Also, if you hold Spark you will get free tokens from all these projects that enter our ecosystem through grants, hackathons and incubations. 10. Spark is quite friendly with blockchain seeing the benefits this tech-stack can bring to agentic funding, transactions, and ecosystem building, instead of being against it. Let's call it our homegrown personal agent. Still there is a lot to build on, and it is just the beginning of the journey, except the product is at a state where once polished it will be able to compete with the best. It was more than 5 years ago that I launched my first token as an airdrop. It was a stressful experience, not knowing where it would go, whether I could handle it. I didn't have more than $5k for marketing, all the money was gone to liquidity and airdrop fees, and 30k+ people were in the airdrop. The launch day was pretty exhausting during creating the liquidity and sending the tokens. Later I was shocked that it started higher than the initial price we've set it, and then few days later it went higher, and then much higher. Then we saw the first drop, I felt like a train was moving, and I couldn't get off of it. I had to fight back. In September, a storm came to take it all, and it partially did, but it couldn't take something I learned along the way: never quitting, never surrendering. Today, I'm starting Spark. Same vibes. Not knowing where it will lead, but something in me says, much higher. Again, an airdrop launch, not much money after the hack took it all from me. Last money again, being put into liquidity and airdrops fees. This time, no marketing spend, just AI subs. I got 8 Codex 20X, 1 Kling, and 1 Higgsfield. Let's run it back, turbo!

Spark tokenomics is ready. Some highlights: > Before Spark, our dev/founder built Seedify; however, a North Korea hack destroyed the company. where we are with Spark and everything • Spark is getting faster and better, whereas I could do 60-80 commits a day before, while working 16-18 hours. Now, given what she is capable of, 250 commits a day is becoming my new norm, because I can just let her code/improve/build and get better at many things at once. • She is not just a self-improving agent that learns from conversations or working together, she is way passed that stage, where I can put her into autonomous loops on anything, whether it be playing games, trading and learning to trade better, predicting events, analyzing designs, writing her own benchmark systems, getting intelligence above the frontier models on any domain that we choose to be. Working with her is a blast, and we are discovering new boundaries of what we can do every day. • Currently, besides experimenting with many ways to use Spark and creating tooling for premium users constantly, I've also been building the collective intelligence network, so people can enter this place where they can bring specialization/mastery to their agents together. We initially called this SparkNet, but there is gonna be a name change there because I couldn't find a domain for that, and also didn't want a name that sounded scary or sarcastic. An old friend also started helping me here, especially with UI/UX right now, so the experience is easier to navigate for everyone and easier to use for anyone who wants to specialize/improve their agents in any area they like collectively. • Altogether, the product is becoming something I believe that can one day become bigger than anything I have built thus far. I started Seedify solo at the beginning, too, without funding, and a full-on airdrop, and saw a valuation that would be a dream in 9 months. Running a launchpad for 5 years, I know that a time of uncertainty is the worst time to launch, because uncertainty takes a lot of attention away from everything. That is the current war environment. I dug deep through recently launched AI/agent tokens to see how they are doing compared to where they should be, and even good stuff can't keep the attention and momentum. Uncertainty with the war must be lifted, which is obvious. • Now I'm not saying the war has to end for us to launch the token, but at least the time where markets are highly affected by it needs to be gone; otherwise, it will be super demotivating for everybody, and me, and I have no option but to make sure this launch sees its full potential. • What I mean by that is, I have no option but to make this succeed, because Seedify turned into ashes after the hack, and I need Spark to lift everything up, and bring a great airdrop to everyone who wants to see this comeback story too. • From morning till sleep every day, I'm in front of the terminal for months, working with 5-10 terminals open, so I can do this launch right. • I didn't wanna do a raise, and try to create this with a product that will be mostly airdropped, and have subscriptions. Initial lifetime subs were for dex liquidity as mentioned before, but since we had to postpone this launch due to the circumstances with Uniswap hooks, and then trying to perfect the product and waiting for the uncertainty phase to be over, those who send 0.0001 USDC from their original wallets that they paid for lifetime can get refunds if they like. I will be issuing those refunds starting from today. • I will release Spark in a few days, with a bunch of domain chips, tools, and other things I created for it. I genuinely built something I can't stop using myself. I would say a lot of people will be hooked on it, using what Spark offers with its intelligence/domain chips/recursive loops/tooling and more, is a great experience, as you can tell from my GitHub commits. I shared everything in a very transparent way, and I have no option but to turn things around, and I must do everything I can to turn the ship around for all the people who have believed in me. And I wanna do it right for everyone who wanted to get this airdrop, and got excited to see it through as well. So, I'm postponing the token launch until I can say, ok, this is the right time to launch. Until then, I will build Spark into a great product ecosystem. And I'm not ashamed to share all of this. I came to this ecosystem empty-handed. I built stuff, didn't do it through raising but earning our bread for years, never took a week off, until a hack came like a tsunami to take everything. I am gonna build it again. But the focus should be on the product before the token, especially amid the war and in this uncertain environment. I will release Spark in a few days, and once the uncertainty that's keeping tokens from moving is gone, we will launch the token too. Thank you for your understanding 🙏

a few updates: Spark is now quite intelligent about what she keeps in memory and what she questions She can run recursive self-improvement loops on anything as long as her autoloop on that subject is defined well She is very compact on the runtime core, while domain chips are used in a way that solidifies that core, giving her more intelligence in new domain expansions without needing to change the core repo Preparing some more good surprises so she is beyond just the Spark she is at launch, from here it's just evolving her in anything and everything together From tomorrow, I will start preparing for the launch. I'm happy with where she is and confident with where she is going after almost 2 months of averaging 18 hours of work: she is now a very useful AI And this is just the beginning for her because we will be able to grow her altogether, the next surprises will be about how to do that in ways that everyone will be able to contribute to that So that we can unleash a collective intelligence
