Happy Halloween from WLTC!! 🎃

Summer mixed team tennis is done well at Woolhope Tennis Club. WLTC Mixed E went there last weekend, enjoyed a 4-0 win & were royally looked after 👏👏👏👏 . Well done to Sara, Karen, Steve & John.

A big thanks to Chris Reece for running the WLTC Ladies Open Doubles Tournament recently. This year’s event was again blessed with good weather & was attended by 24 ladies from a range of clubs. A big thanks also to a range of folks at WLTC who support Chris with this event. 👍

Thursday saw some cricket being played at WLTC!! Thanks to organisation of Di Fox, the Worcestershire Cricket Foundation ran a taster session at WLTC.

It's grass court season and members are on the green courts for Saturday Social at WLTC.  Don't forget the Ladies & Girls Open Day coming up on Sat 29th June.

Summer league tennis for WLTC is usually enjoyable. Except, when you have to play away in the DL Worcs bubble which is like playing in an Air Fryer. 5-1 loss for the Men's F vs DL Worcs B. Great tennis, opponents & hospitality but rubbish conditions ps Sure its lovely in Winter

Beautiful Saturday morning at WLTC and a hard fought 4-0 win for the Mixed D vs MCS A. Winning smiles from Kellie, Kieran, Maraya & George 💪😎

WLTC is a members club, so virtually all the upkeep is done by member volunteers. Visitors often give praise about the upkeep of our facilities. This week was court maintenance with the Clay & Astros getting a good review. The Gardening Club was out in force also this week.

Sunday at WLTC saw two 5-1 wins in the National Leagues. Pictured are both teams happy at the end. Worcester LTC overcome Leamington Spa in the regional division. Worcester A did the same to DL Worcester in the H&W section. 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪💪

Mixed B at WLTC happy at a 3-1 vs Hereford Whitecross A on Saturday. Job done, smiles but no handstands. This has been promised the next time!! 😆 Elsewhere the Mixed C were losing and sweating in the bubble at DL Worcester A. 🥵

There was mixed league action at the weekend @ WLTC. Tennis, fun & cake eating involved. The C managed a winning draw vs Pershore A. With the E & G teams (pictured) both winners vs Boughton B & Barnt Green D. Call out to Karen. Esraa & Howard for playing their 1st mixed matches.
