Basil will call The Gordon Jones Memorial Ground home next summer and is set to lead Worcester’s bowling attack from April. Fantastic to see our under 17s play at New Road last Sunday. The side were competing for the Ryan Birt Trophy in the Under 17s 100 Ball Final. Sadly they lost by 6 runs to a strong Stourbridge side, but was a brilliant opportunity nonetheless 🏏

Saturday saw some great performances across the board, and that of young Ethan Barry for the 1s highlights our commitment to giving young players a chance to shine in senior cricket 🏏 Our Club Players of the Day accolade goes to: 1️⃣ Ethan Barry 2️⃣ Matthew Spokes 3️⃣ Ed Owen

Saturday's results mean all three sides have something to play for going into the final weekend of the season. Our 1st and 2nd XIs will be battling out for promotion as our 3s look to fight relegation 💪

A fantastic season so far for young Fin Goodman who is sure to play a key role in the 1st XIs final few games. Here are the highlights from his fantastic knock against Pedmore 🏏

Unfortunately only the one result from Saturday which saw the 2's fall short against Claverley. There was still time in the game for Josh Udy to score a fantastic 134 runs from 113 balls though, earning him the accolade of Club Player of the Day 🥇

What a view here at @Worcester_CC. The @ECB_cricket Disability Premier League is impressive even in the rain.

2 out of 3 wins for our senior sides last Saturday on a belting bank holiday weekend. We go again tomorrow hoping to pick up more vital points 🏏 Our Club Players of the Day go to the Goodman brothers who put in excellent performances for the 1st and 3rd XIs 💚

An incredible £6450 raised for @myawareUK & @Autism from Sunday’s charity T20 game 💚 A fantastic day with some great cricket, a mammoth effort from our team of walkers and lots of hard work from volunteers. Well done everyone 🏏

And we couldn't not mention that Luke Deeprose's two wickets on Saturday see him take the top spot as our all-time leading wicket taker for the 1st XI. An incredible achievement for Dippy who is sure to take many more wickets over the coming years 🥇
