@WordHuddle It'll probably need to be a daily or weekly activity on your part to keep getting more and more eyes. I'm assuming only a small percentage of people whose tweets you like will check out your game.

@TwoferGoofer I didn't realize there was a timed component for a while. In the meantime I must have left the screen up for an hour a couple times. Now my average time is 300 sec. 🤦

@TraverHart I've often wondered if it's a general rule that, given the option of multiple letters, more commonly said words win more often. Like is SOUND said more often than MOUND? If so, is that a good general strategy? But yeah, about missing that S clue, sorry man, get some sleep. 😀

@WordHuddle If you want more people playing, one idea is to like tweets of people who tweeted about wordle or other popular games. For example, just now I got a like from my tweet about your game. This like was from another game creator and I went and played that game for the first time.

Changes are coming to WordHuddle, and they are coming soon! Within the next few days the scoring of the game will change. Instead of a numeric score and a "par" number, you will get a number of stars (out of 10) depending on how many guesses you take to complete the puzzle.

@ResistiCat @PlaneJumper124 Thanks for the feedback. So, the way the old version worked is that you had a "par" score to shoot for. If you took a lot of guesses before solving, you could not get the par score. And "a lot of guesses" usually was less than 10.

@WordHuddle @GrayAriia I'm really enjoying this version of the game. If I had a choice, I'd pick this version, but would be really cool if there were different versions, like how octordle does it.

@ResistiCat @PlaneJumper124 To me, the possibility of actually running out of guesses and "losing" makes things more dramatic and interesting. And it's what games like Wordle (6 guesses total) and Waffle (15 swaps max) do. Does it seem unfair that those games have guess/swap limits?

@ResistiCat @PlaneJumper124 But it *did* let you keep guessing until the puzzle was complete. The new version is actually pretty much the same game, but it's true that you only get 10 guesses before it reveals the answer.
