It's the beginning of a new era, as a hobby turns into a business, turns into a scalable joint venture. One of the biggest challenges with wool has been to pair innovation with scale, and with this I think we're a big step closer.
Jacinta Penn@Fleecegrow

Big news! Fleecegrow Ltd. is teaming up with Terra Lana to scale sustainable wool innovation. 🌍💡 Together, we’re driving research and leveraging state-of-the-art manufacturing to transform ideas into impactful solutions. Stay tuned! #Sustainability #Innovation #WoolInnovators

@MrZachG I refuse to do icebreakers. I will however do a meaningful interactive activity that draws on peoples past experiences and getd thememotionally hooked on the course.

I can’t figure out which part of education’s obsession with icebreakers is worse: that we waste PD time on it, that they are recycled and everyone has already done them all before, or how every principal ends with, “now go off and waste the time of the students with this, too.”

I'm leaning in to an overdue desire to go back to residency for a very intentional career transition and applying next year - If all goes well, I'll be over 40 when I graduate. Still going to do it, but that reality hit me hard. Anyone been there to relate?

Have you pledged for Liz Mitchelles fundraiser to create a wool innovation hub? Ends today so hurry up! Its hard starting a wool startup - having a place to go to try things out would prompt a lot more innovation. pledgeme.co.nz/projects/7671-…

Looks like @Articulate have got into the generative AI big time with an AI assistant able to create a Rise course from a pdf and other documents. Objectives, course outlines, image assistance, quiz generation. Will look forward to testing from a learning design point of view.

@AdamMGrant @TEDTalks @lizandmollie I do not know how Americans survive with only 2 weeks holiday. We have 4 weeks minimum in NZ. France gets 5. Good employers often add a week. And you can cash out one week if you prefer (in NZ).

Long vacations rarely cure burnout. They usually bring temporary relief. The frequency of time off from work matters more than the duration. 2 separate week-long vacations are more restorative than a 2-week trip. Regular breaks are vital to well-being. tedtalks.social/WLAdam

I’m not quite sure how to explain what’s happened tonight, because it’s still happening - but here goes… At 4:40pm I jumped on a train from London to Edinburgh.. It was comfy, it was quiet In hindsight, too good to last…
