The summer is halfway over. We know - it's flying by. What wellness goal have you been able to get closer to acheiving this summer? Where do you still need to make progress? Even small steps toward a goal can make a big difference.

We have focused on traumatic events (like harassment) at work for the past 2 weeks. The harmful mental health consequences of these events are real. If you've experienced trauma, it's normal to have negative side effects. Getting help is not shameful - it's self-compassionate.
