@WorldEdServices On March 25, I requested that my evaluated credentials be sent to CRNA and paid an additional fee for next-day delivery. The payment was immediately deducted from my account, yet as of today, my credential report has still not been sent. This delay is completely unacceptable, especially considering that I paid extra for expedited delivery. What makes the situation even more frustrating is the complete lack of transparency and communication from WES. I have been following up almost every day, and the only response I continue to receive is, “We are working on it,” without any concrete explanation, timeline, or accountability. At this point, I genuinely do not understand what is happening with my request. No one seems able or willing to provide accurate information or resolve the issue. The level of service I have experienced has been appalling, stressful, and highly unprofessional. This unnecessary delay is affecting important professional processes and causing significant inconvenience and anxiety. It is unacceptable for an organization handling critical credential services to operate with such poor communication and disregard for customers who have paid for expedited services.
