Troops of Operation Hadin Kai arrested a suspected foreign national, Abdulrazak Muhammad, 31, along the Damaturu–Potiskum road in Yobe State on April 3. The suspect, believed to be Ghanaian, was found without valid ID and in possession of three SIM-less phones, a handwritten notebook, and 3 Ghanaian cedis. He gave inconsistent accounts of his nationality and travel purpose. He is in custody for further investigation.
