No SimCity? Castle Wolfenstein? How do you make a Top 100 PC games and not include M.U.L.E.? One of the original multiplayer games! Oregon Trail was one of the first edutainment games in existence! This list feels very "These games have the best graphics and mechanics."

This list suffers severely from recency bias, imo. A lot of really important PC games came out in the 1990s and this list has 3? 4? Out of 100. Nothing from the 80s either which had really important PC games release. It's less "Top 100 PC games" and more "100 games we like most."

My attempt to restore the artwork of M.U.L.E. used on the cover of the #MSX 2, #NEC #PC9801 and #SharpX1 releases in Japan. Source was very good so no upscale, just cleaning/retouching and a lot of stitching to get the full image. No clue on the artist. Suggested by @BrianCNerd

@peachflavor3d @BrianCNerd Thanks for this! I love the artwork for the Japanese releases, even though the ports themselves are less than stellar, not counting the excellent Yamaha FM music rendition.
