@WorldRemit I just had the worst and most frustrating experience with this money transfer app. The money has been deducted from my bank account and yet the app still shows as setting-up. I contacted support twice and never got any decent support, I was just sent templated responses 🤬🤬🤬

We're aware that there are many fake accounts pretending to be WorldRemit. Be vigilant as these accounts are all up to no good! We're constantly flagging these accounts to be removed but please remember that we are @worldremit only. No numbers, dashes or underscores-nothing more!

I won tickets for zimfest through @WorldRemit competition. They didnt send the tickets and this is not the first time i had to follow up. I followed up on Monday and they said the tickets are coming, and now today they are saying there are two people with your name🤣

5th call from @EGYPTAIR Air via Whatsapp (213 495 4734) who pretended to know nothing. I agreed to go through it for the 35th time if he didn't scam me by demanding payments via @WorldRemit to an unnamed account in Kenya. He disconnected when he heard I wasn't an easy scam.
