Hand gallop to post trot. Diff ways to get there, but 2pt direct to diag is higher degree of difficulty than sitting first. #APHAoawcs#RTP

Eq isn't just hms in an english saddle. Eq riders must relax into seat and ride close to leather with greater feel. #APHAoawcs#RTP

Sitting trot should be same pace as posting trot ... its not a jog. #APHAoawcs#RTP

Connection, deep seat/heel, horse in front of leg, eyes up, quiet hands, good pace ...all good things. #APHAoawcs#RTP
