Admin mode this week. 🤓💻 All my 2257 + release forms are organized by shoot date into binders (you must have one for each separate shoot!) Then I digitally scan the hardcopies and load the ID Photos from my phone. Multiple digital backups, including my laptop hard drive for easy access when loading clips to sites. All data is organized into a spreadsheet that tracks if I’m missing any of the required materials, and what sites each scene is hosted on. I also separate by content trip - so I can later go back and add the expense data + sale estimates for a better sense of ROI per trip.
