@TeamYouTube I tried applying for YouTube partner and it's saying I have a duplicate AdSense account and need to deactivate the other one. I have never signed up for AdSense?? I have emailed Google for help with no response in 3 days.

@TeamYouTube I have followed these steps. I can't even find or figure out what other duplicate adsense I have to cancel. I only have one email. And because both YouTube and Google do not have a help line, I am completely stuck.
