You left out the truth. The victim made clear he would not voluntarily testify again and so Paxton's office prioritized avoiding further trauma to the child rather than subpoenaing him for a second trial. Without the child’s testimony, securing a felony conviction would have been difficult or impossible. Also, the victim’s family has expressed frustration with you using the case politically and exploiting their son's abuse for political gain. The victim’s family (via spokesperson Melissa Dieterich) said they are “tired of being used” in the election. As they said: “We have not given any statement to Talarico. We have not spoke to him. We are tired of being used in this election. We are tired of lies being told." Quit the exploitation.

On March 17, my mother and I were at our ICE check-in appointment. My mother and I were separated for 2 months. They kept me in solitary for 2 days for no reason, alone in a room with just a toilet.
