Dumb rural area appraiser science: if the house is in city limits on a double lot, (0.6 acres), it’s not worth a darn. If the home is out in the country, 14 miles away from grocery store & on 1.6 acres, with a tiny dumb barn: the home is worth one million dollars.

Half of America, or more, now gets up from the table & doesn’t push their chair back in. The same parents that do that do not instruct their kids either. Observations lol.
