BBC editing out this part of Akinola's speech about people from marginalized and persecuted communities archiving their history and experiences, and showing solidarity with Nigeria, Sudan, Congo, and Palestine is very much in line with the zionist agenda of silencing people.

The BBC really censored this speech and left a man yelling a racist slur on air. Absolute lunacy

His family wrote in a statement: “The shining star of our family has dimmed his light for us in this life…After a prolonged and courageous battle with cancer, we are heartbroken to announce that Michael D’Angelo Archer, known to his fans around the world as D’Angelo, has been called home, departing this life today, October 14th, 2025. NEW | Instagram has removed the verified account of Gaza slain journalist Saleh al-Jafarawi, who had 4.5 million followers.
Archived snapshots of his page on the Wayback Machine, the largest public internet archive, also appear to have been wiped or disabled, raising concerns about digital erasure of Palestinian documentation.
Al-Jafarawi, known for his frontline reporting on the Gaza genocide, had previously faced repeated censorship. He was killed yesterday by an armed group collaborating with Israel.
Observers warn that these developments may signal “a new phase in efforts to erase evidence of Israeli war crimes from the internet.”
